All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Returns and Replacements
Print replacements or returns are not accepted. However, I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please get in touch with me so that I may work with you on a resolution. Please see the Exceptions below.
Exceptions
For apparent problems such as the wrong size printed, extreme color problems, misprinted, or the frame visibly damaged in a way not resulting from shipping.
If the problem is a quality issue, that is a result of a verified production problem. We will request pictures of the problem to approve a no-charge replacement.
Shipping Damage
Although great care goes into packaging your order, don't hesitate to contact me if your order arrives damaged. We will request photos of the damage and the packaging material to replace the print. We will ask for pictures of the problem to approve a no-charge replacement.
